Old heavy equipment finds a home at the National Construction Equipment Museum

Where does old heavy equipment go when it retires? Some construction and mining equipment become part of history in the National Construction Equipment Museum in Bowling Green, Ohio.

The Journal of Commerce features a story on how the museum got its start and some of the notable parts of the collection.

One prized piece of heavy equipment in the museum is 1926 Marion Model 21 electric shovel, which required only minor repairs to get back in working order.
